Our Managing Partner is Kerry Fallon Horgan

Kerry Fallon Horgan is a workplace advisor, trainer, executive coach, author and public speaker. She provides innovative leadership and management development, with a focus on mindful leadership. Kerry is the author of three books; has developed best practice flexible workplace guidelines; produced e-learning programs on flexible work practices and financial wellbeing as well as video and audio programs. The Bullying and Harassment Prevention e-learning program is soon to be launched. In her recent E-book, Finding Life Balance, Kerry provides both organisational and personal strategies for success with work/life balance and for improving bottom line performance. On a number of occassions Kerry has been the Head Judge for the HR Leadership Awards in the Health & Wellbeing Category. Her DVD on Best Practice Workplace Health and Wellbeing Programs has been part of the Comcare Health and Wellbeing Coordinators Training Program. Kerry is a qualified counsellor and Executive Coach and is accredited in Certificate 1V in Assessment and Workplace Training. She has undertaken training in facilitation skills in the USA and Europe and has a BA in Psychology from Macquarie University with distinctions in Organisational Psychology and Neuropsychology.

Kerry is a transformational and inspiring leader in the areas of Workplace Diversity and Organizational Change. In her work she integrates cutting edge methodologies through detailed study of the latest research on these topics. Kerry does not just stay with the “data” but works intensively in making transformation practical and not just academic. Prior to starting her own business, Kerry headed a financial counselling service in the finance sector for six years. She has also authored a book on financial counselling, published by Allen & Unwin, and was President, Vice President and Secretary of the Financial Counsellor’s Association and taught financial counselling at the Sydney Institute of Technology for 5 years.

A long term advocate of issues of importance to women, Kerry is the CEO of the Womens Healing Org International, which provides free resources on women’s health, work/life balance and financial wellbeing. She formally worked for the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency, Chaired the major Advisory Body to the State Government on Women’s Issues (the Womens Consultative Committee), was a board member of Women & Management and on the Executive of the NSW EEO Practitioner’s Association.
